k. I am totally going to win this!

I see how dedicated the rest of the members of this fat club are by their lack of dedication to this website. Hey guys, remember when we came up with this great competition that would motivate us to get in better shape?? Remember how Cec said she was going to win? Nice how it's half way over and I am the only one still blogging about my fatness!

Well today I weighed in at 126. Not bad for eating pizza and ice cream at Noah's bday party last night.

I am going to use my gym membership until it's no longer in style so watch out folks. Last week I was there 4 days in a row....can't wait to see what this week brings!

LENTIL SOUP
Things you will need
1 package of dry lentils
1 can of stewed tomatoes (garlic and onion flavor is the best)
1 cube of ajo (ya know the mexican flavor cube things)
1 cube of onion
thats it.............super cheep!!!
1 cup of lentils and about 3 cups of water to start off with, you will add more later.  Put it all in together and you have got beauty!!  I cooked it on about low or med for an hour and a half.  it seems like a long time but if you put it together when you get home it works out perfect.  I LOVE THIS!!! Its nice just to eat as soup or you can put it over lettuce and it tastes like a taco salad.  high in fiber, low in fat, and super filling.  let me know what you think.
Ok fellow chubbs I know I have been slacking (not my fault i'm too poor to own a computer) but its game time!!!  I hope you two have talked it over in your "secret combinations" to see what we are going to do about me missing a week and you guys going to Chicago............really you guys not weighing in after Chicago would be helping you..........think about it!!! 
I got to work and was starving.  I popped a pop tart in the toaster and was prepared to eat like crap the rest of the day.  as soon as my boss heard the toaster pop she laid a huge guilt trip on my about how sick it would make me feel and convinced me to give it away.  her and I help each other out with not eating crap.  so this is what happened instead and it saved my day.
11- oatmeal and a 100 cal. muffin thing
3-lentil soup that I made and it is AWESOME and super good for you too.  I am going to post it in just a minute.
5-grapes
7-chicken taco (I made it super healthy!!) and a banana
I drank tons of water all day too.

Second day of eating better...

9am- Bowl of Basic 4 Cereal
10:00 am- Glass of water
12:30 pm- Salad
3:00 pm- Glass of Water
4:00 pm- More water
5:000 pm- nearly starving so I had some more water (my candy jar on my desk was looking real enticing)
6:30 pm- Hamburger (no cheese) with a glass of water......
....and some fries....I know I know, but they were sooooo good!!
