k. I am totally going to win this!

I see how dedicated the rest of the members of this fat club are by their lack of dedication to this website. Hey guys, remember when we came up with this great competition that would motivate us to get in better shape?? Remember how Cec said she was going to win? Nice how it's half way over and I am the only one still blogging about my fatness!

Well today I weighed in at 126. Not bad for eating pizza and ice cream at Noah's bday party last night.

I am going to use my gym membership until it's no longer in style so watch out folks. Last week I was there 4 days in a row....can't wait to see what this week brings!

LENTIL SOUP
Things you will need
1 package of dry lentils
1 can of stewed tomatoes (garlic and onion flavor is the best)
1 cube of ajo (ya know the mexican flavor cube things)
1 cube of onion
thats it.............super cheep!!!
1 cup of lentils and about 3 cups of water to start off with, you will add more later.  Put it all in together and you have got beauty!!  I cooked it on about low or med for an hour and a half.  it seems like a long time but if you put it together when you get home it works out perfect.  I LOVE THIS!!! Its nice just to eat as soup or you can put it over lettuce and it tastes like a taco salad.  high in fiber, low in fat, and super filling.  let me know what you think.
Ok fellow chubbs I know I have been slacking (not my fault i'm too poor to own a computer) but its game time!!!  I hope you two have talked it over in your "secret combinations" to see what we are going to do about me missing a week and you guys going to Chicago............really you guys not weighing in after Chicago would be helping you..........think about it!!! 
I got to work and was starving.  I popped a pop tart in the toaster and was prepared to eat like crap the rest of the day.  as soon as my boss heard the toaster pop she laid a huge guilt trip on my about how sick it would make me feel and convinced me to give it away.  her and I help each other out with not eating crap.  so this is what happened instead and it saved my day.
11- oatmeal and a 100 cal. muffin thing
3-lentil soup that I made and it is AWESOME and super good for you too.  I am going to post it in just a minute.
5-grapes
7-chicken taco (I made it super healthy!!) and a banana
I drank tons of water all day too.

Second day of eating better...

9am- Bowl of Basic 4 Cereal
10:00 am- Glass of water
12:30 pm- Salad
3:00 pm- Glass of Water
4:00 pm- More water
5:000 pm- nearly starving so I had some more water (my candy jar on my desk was looking real enticing)
6:30 pm- Hamburger (no cheese) with a glass of water......
....and some fries....I know I know, but they were sooooo good!!

12:00- Salad
2:00- Apple
6:00- Spaghetti
8:00- Small slice of cake from FHE (very small)

Weigh In

I weighed in at 221.6

I did good until Friday on my diet, but then I did really bad ... ( I was more bad than good)

Good thing I went pee before I weighed myself.

You guys should try it - it seems to work

Maybe we could market this idea as a new diet fad -

What do you guys think: "Pee the pounds away" or Pee yourself skinny"

I hate this bet!!! whos dumb idea was this???

ok I was going to lie but instead I am going to tell the whole truth. friday morning I weighed in at 153.............not great but better. well after I got off the phone with ceci I forgot there ever was a diet. I went to cafe rio and let it all go. I went to bed feeling super sick and like the fattest lady in the world.....................hoping it would all go away in time for weigh ins. well instead it hit me like a ton of bricks. this morning I weighed in at 158. I was hating life and hating this dumb blog. I think I was doing better without it!!!

So I am not even going to post what I ate yesterday...but as you guys can see, it wasn't good.

Today I weighed in at 128.2!

gracias a Dios por el blog

there were so many times today I was about to grab a candy or a pop tart and knowing that I had to blog it later stopped me!!
10-oatmeal
1:30-pasta with low fat alfredo, veggies and toast
6:00-grapes, a slice of bread
9:40-chile chicken salad from bajio..............I had no control over this and enjoyed every minute of it. I didnt eat the tortilla though. oh and it was a salvadorian man that served me. he was super cool and I think he wanted to be my bestfriend after I told him I love pupusas!!

The Healthy start

So I had really good intentions today to be good and eat healthy...I even stopped at Fresh and Easy (my new fav store) to pick up some half priced delicious salads...

8:15am Bowl of raisin bran
10:30 am A Red Apple
12:30 Fruit and Chicken Salad w/low fat dressing
HERE IS WHERE IT WENT DOWNHILL...
1:45 Some really good shortbread
2:30 Some more shortbread
3:15 Some more shortbread
4:00 Some Almond Chocolate Clusters
5:00 Finally left work

I blame it all on the glass and restoration company reps that came in to shmooz us...I take no responsibility for this!!

Hopefully tomorrow is better.

So it didn't help that I just polished off the last of a tub of candy jar ice cream. I figured I should get it out of the house and what better way to do that then to eat it....can't let it go to waste. So I weigh in at a full figured 127.4...I am not happy about my size, weight, or shape...so this better work!!

This is just the beginning...



Inspired by the Biggest Loser show, and depressed by our current weight condition we have started this blog to track our contest. Have no fear, the rules are pretty simple...we all weigh in every Sunday and post our weight, we calculate who the biggest loser is each week and at the end of the 6 month contest the biggest loser takes the chunk of cash!

On this blog we will help motivate eachother, confess what we've eaten, and track where we are at.

There will be small prizes along the way that may be the deal breakers at the end so let's get chipping away at this!!
